Description
- Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
- Visa for Hanoi is on Arrival. There is a stamping fee of USD 25 per person to be paid at the airport in cash.
- You need to carry 2 passport size photos of size 4 x 6 cm, white background.
- Also you need to carry Visa Approval Letter. We help arrange the Visa Approval Letter 5 -7 days prior to your journey.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

- We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
- The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
- Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
Daily: Plans
Day 1: Arrival at Hanoi – Transfer to Hotel.
On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our local representative will be waiting outside the customs area to welcome you and to take you to your hotel (Check-in time is 3.00 pm). Rest of the day is free for you to explore Hanoi Town on your own.
Day 2: Full Day Hanoi City Tour.
Full day Hanoi city tour to visit Hochiminh Mausoleum and his former residence (Closed on Monday, Friday and the whole of Oct & Nov), One pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature. After lunch, continue city tour to one of the museums (Fine Art, History, Revolutionary, War, Ethnology Museum) of your choice (closed on Monday), Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple and experience a one hour cyclo tour.
Day 3: Hanoi – Sapa.
Today morning you will be transferred to bus station to take your shuttle bus to Sapa. Upon arrival you will be picked and transferred to your hotel at Sapa. Check-in and relax for some time.
Day 4: Half Day Laochai and Tavan Village.
A short journey of 20 minutes by car takes you to Muong Hoa valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in northwest Viet Nam. Descending into the valley by foot you will see the largest terraced rice paddy in the Sa Pa area (If you visit the valley between May and October, there is a chance to experience and observe how the locals plant and harvest rice). The walk takes you from Lao Chai village of the Black H’mong minority to Ta Van village of the Zay minority, providing the opportunity to see the different traditions and costumes of the two ethnic minority groups.
